As further detailed in Article 8 of the Eurepo Code of Conduct, the Eurepo Steering Committee consists of 10 members.

The Secretary General of the European Banking Federation is a permanent member of the Steering Committee while the other members have a mandate of 2 years (renewable).

Members of the Steering Committee must be experienced market practitioners, i.e. people who are directly involved in euro repo market operations or who bear direct responsibility in their bank for it.

Members of the Steering Committee must be independent and not subject to instructions from the companies or organisations to which they belong.

The Steering Committee currently consists of the following persons (end of mandate: May 2010) :

The Steering Committee meets at least once per year in Brussels. Yet, ad hoc meetings can be organized whenever necessary.

Members of the Steering Committee can only attend the meetings ad personam and therefore cannot send any representative.
